Wash well the chicken then pat it dry.

Rub it with salt in and out.

Then insert spring onion and ginger inside the cavity of chicken.

Set aside the chicken for for 15 mins.

Boil water in the steamer then steam for 25~30 mins.

When done.Slice or cut before serve.
