Ingredients

  • 1 headbrocolli
  • 5garlic minced
  • 1 tspbutter
  • 1little salt
  • 1bit water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and trim brocolli.Then blanch in hot water.

  2. 2

    In a heated pan add butter and garlic.Continuesly stirring not to burn the butter.Then add in brocolli.

  3. 3

    Add just a.bit water cover and simmer until cook.
