Break 2 eggs in a mixing bowl, add 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and whisk very well. Add Maggi Masala also.

Add cooking oil in a pan, pour the egg mixture and allow to spread all around the pan, cook for around 2 minute and then start folding. Cook for around 1-2 minute and Omelette is done. Cut into half.

Follow the same process with rest of the eggs

Finely chop 1 medium Onion, finely chop ginger garlic. Cut a small size Onion into cubes or petals.

In heated kadhai/ pan add Mustard Oil and allow to heat, add Nigella seeds and allow to sizzle.
add chopped ginger garlic and sauté for few seconds. Add chopped Onion and sauté till pinkish. Then add the Onion petals and sauté for a minute. - 6
The add chopped Tomato and sauté for for a minute, then add cumin powder, Coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and sauté till spices leaves oil.

Then add sufficient water and give rolling boil for 2-3 minutes.

Then flame, add Omelette pieces + little Maggi Masala Ae Magic and cook for 3-4 minutes. Dish is done. Serve with hot rice or goes very well with Paratha.
