Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard seeds and asafoetida. Add drumstick and salt. Cover it and cook on low flame for around 5-7 minutes. Once it is cooked, add red chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves. Continue to cook on low flame.

Sprinkle besan and mix it gently. Serve hot with Roti.
