Boil chicken pieces and chana dal in pressure cooker with green chillies, garlic cloves, ginger, Cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt and water.

Let it cool. Grind it in mixer.

Add garam masala powder, chilli powder and 1/2 tsp salt in this mixture.

Add egg and chopped coriander leaves, mix well and make medium size balls.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry kebabs in oil till golden brown in colour.

Serve with onion slices and lemon wedges.
