Ingredients

  1. 1 headgreen cabbage, shredded
  2. 1large carrot, peeled & shredded
  3. 1apple cut into tiny cubes (I use honey crisp)
  4. 2/3 cmayo
  5. 1-1/2 tbspgranulated sugar
  6. 1-1/2 tbspapple cider vinegar
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 tsppepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a small dish prepare the dressing by mixing together mayo, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt & pepper.

    In large bowl add shredded cabbage, carrot, and apple.

  3. 3

    Add dressing to cabbage/carrot mixture and stir until all ingredients are well combined.

  4. 4

    Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
