Cook the frozen patatas bravas in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, or fry them in a skillet if you prefer.

In a bowl, mix Kewpie mayonnaise with kimchi sauce to taste, since kimchi sauce is a bit spicy. The mixture should be pink and smooth.

Place the cooked potatoes in a deep plate, season with salt, pour the kimchi mayo sauce over them, sprinkle with togarashi seasoning to taste (it's spicy), and garnish with wakame seaweed.
