In a mixing bowl add oats flour,rice flour and gram flour. Mix together. Add ginger garlic paste and powder spices and 1/2tsp salt. Mix nicely.

Add chopped spinach,tomatoes and grated carrot. mix well add water and make a semi thick batter. Cover and keep aside for 10-15 minute.

Add chopped coriander leaves and add 1/2tsp sat. Mix and add some water because the oats flour absorb more water.
Heat an iron tawa.or non-stick. Grease with drops of oil.pour a full ladle of batter on hot Tawa. - 4
Spread evenly in a thick layer. cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 1 minute. When it becomes dry on top and cooked from bottom then flip it.

Add few drops of oil and cook from both sides until it turns golden. Prepare all chill and served with any of your favourite dip.
