Steps

First soak moong in water overnight. In morning boil moong in cooker with 3 whistle. Chopped all vegetables.

Now put oil in pan let it hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asofoetida, dry chili, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf and roast and also add tomato, chilli, ginger, curry leaves saute and add boiled moong. Now add spicy masala.Add some water for liquid containcy, Let it heat for 5 minutes. Also add Garam masala according to taste.

Spicy and delicious Moong is ready. Garnish with lemon juice, coriander leaves. You and your family enjoy with Bajra roti or rice.
