Thick golden broth, chicken pieces and egg noodles. Winter day or evening will not be cold anymore.

Steps

Cut the chicken into pieces. Pour in drinking water. Bring to a boil.

Peel the onion and carrot and fry them in a very hot grill pan without oil.

After the broth boils, remove the foam. Add onion, carrot, bay leaf. Salt. Cook for 30 minutes at a moderate boil.

Remove vegetables and bay leaf. Add egg noodles to boiling broth. Cook according to package directions. Mine takes 5 minutes.

Add finely chopped green onions and dill. Boil for a minute and remove the pan from the heat.

Let the broth and noodles simmer, covered, for five minutes before serving.
