
Xmas sweet cider-roasted carrots

Steps

Put the oil and butter in a roasting tin, pop in the oven to melt and heat. Preheat oven to 180C. Scrub and trim the carrots.

Mix the spices, honey & seasoning to the butter/oil. Add and coat the carrots. Add the cider and cover the roasting tin with foil.

Roast for 20 minutes. Chop the parsley.

Uncover the tin and turn the carrots. Roast for a further 20 mins uncovered.
- 5
Sprinkle over the parsley, turn the carrots, and serve.
