In a blender, add the cashews, mixed berries, coconut powder, and dates. Grind coarsely on pulse mode.

Transfer the coarse mixture to a mixing bowl. Add vanilla essence and mix well to form a dough-like consistency.

Shape the mixture into small balls or your desired shape. Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes to firm up.

Prepare the Mold:
• Place chopped walnuts into the molds.
• Pour the first batch of melted dark chocolate (100 gms) over the walnuts to coat evenly. - 7

Add Cashew-Berry Balls:
• Place a cashew-berry ball into each mold, gently pressing it into the chocolate and walnut mixture.
• Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to firm up. - 9
Coat the Top:
• Melt the second batch of 100 gms of dark chocolate.
• Dip the remaining unused cashew-berry balls entirely in the melted dark chocolate.
• Place them on parchment paper.
• Remove the balls from the mold and coat the top exposed part in the melted chocolate.
• Place the balls on parchment paper. Top it with finely chopped walnuts.
• Refrigerate the chocolate-coated balls for 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up nicely. - 10
