Beat with an electric mixer for 3 minutes.

Gradually add the powdered sugar (1/4 cup/35 g) in three parts, mixing after each addition.

Add a few drops of strawberry flavoring paste to give the meringue a pink color and strawberry flavor.

Fill a piping bag fitted with a star or plain tip.

Pipe the meringues in heart shapes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 195°F (90°C) for about 40 minutes.

Let the meringues cool completely before moving them.

Store the meringues in a dry place, away from humidity.
