Ingredients

  1. 375 gmmaida
  2. 1/2 tspn salt
  3. 50 mloil
  4. Required water
  5. For stuffing
  6. 3 tspn Oil
  7. 1/2 tspn jeera
  8. 2 tspn chopped ginger
  9. 4 nos Chopped garlic
  10. 2 tspn chopped green chilies
  11. 2 nos Onion chopped
  12. 4 nos boiled potato
  13. Handfulgreen peas
  14. 1/2 tspn Turmeric powder
  15. 1 tspn chilli powder
  16. 2 tspn coriander powder
  17. 1/2 tspn garam masala
  18. Coriander leaves
  19. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add flour, oil, salt and water make a medium soft dough.

    Heat a kadai add oil, add jeera, ginger, garlic and green chilies cook few minutes. Add onion cook till transparent.

    Add green peas and boiled potato cook well. Add all masala powder and water cook 5 minutes and add coriander leaves.

    From the dough make chapathi cut in two peaces. And fold stuffed potato filling and close the edges.

    Heat a kadai add oil and put samosa cook till light golden in colour.
