A healthy Vrat time recipe and which is so flavourful. A tiny bit tart as water is replaced with yogurt

For yogurt mix - in a bowl add yogurt, add chopped ginger and green chiliies and salt, mix with water and set aside

In a pan add sooji and roast for 1 min, set aside

In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds, chopped ginger, curry leaves, Urad dal, Chana dal and stir

Add chopped carrots and peas and mix

Add roasted sooji and mix

Add yogurt, mix gradually and mix

Add salt and mix well

The Upma will thicken and mix well, set aside

In a pan heat oil and add curry leaves and fry for 2 seconds, garnish over the Upma

Plate and enjoy during Vrat
