Ajwain leaves bajji

Collect fresh ajwain leaves. Clean, wipe it with tissue. Keep aside.

Take a big bowl,add chickpea flour,rice flour, red chilli powder, asfetida powder, baking soda,and salt. Mix well.

Add half a cup of water, mix well without lumbs. Now bajji batter is ready.

Keep a kadai on medium heat, add oil, let it hot enough, dip the ajwain leaf in the batter, drop it one by one in the hot oil.Let it fry both sides, golden colour. Remove and keep it in kitchen tissue. Crispy ajwain leaves bajji is ready.

Then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy the healthy and crispy ajwain leaves bajji.
