My go-to when I'm low on time, energy, or just recovering from a great night out. Just rice, tuna, eggs, and soy sauce with some furikake for a little bit extra class.

My go-to when I'm low on time, energy, or just recovering from a great night out. Just rice, tuna, eggs, and soy sauce with some furikake for a little bit extra class.

Heat your pan over medium heat. Add a little oil when ready.

Crack in the eggs and scramble in the pan. Push to one side when done.

Add the tuna straight to the pan. Break it up and mix everything together.
- 4
Add cooked rice to the pan. Break it up and mix everything together.

Drizzle soy sauce over the mix. Stir well to coat.

Cook for another minute until everything's hot and combined.

Add furikake on the top, and serve immediately. Collapse on the couch and enjoy 😉
