Wash and soak the tapioca in the water with a similar amount of bowl. Cut and boil the potatoes then mash it.

In a mixing bowl add mash potato, mashed tapioca, salt, chopped coriander and chilli, lemon juice, sugar and mix well. Keep aside.

For the dough, add farali atta in a bowl, add ghee, Cumin seeds, chopped coriander, chilli flakes and pepper powder, mix well, then add water and knead soft dough, give rest for five minutes.

Make an equal portion from the stuffing as well from the dough. Roll the dough with the help of a dry flour. stuff tapioca mixture in it, close with remaining dough and roll it in a bigger size.

Heat and grease the tawa. Roast the paratha with the required amount of ghee till brown marks appear. Transfer on kitchen paper.

Tips
Make sure tapioca pearls soak well in the water, or else the paratha can tear while rolling.
