#TOF in winter season we need to keep body warm and for that we are using protein rich sources. today we are going to prepare kandori chicken gravy which is prepared in fair party.

Steps

First of all take fresh chicken then then add, lemon juice,turmeric powder and salt and mix it all. then keep big vessel on medium flame and add oil in it. then add chopped onion when onion become transparent add marinated chicken.cover with plate. and half glass hot water for cooking chicken.

Side by side we prepare masala for this curry for that we are taking in kadai dry coconut pieces,ginger, garlic, tomato and chopped onion. roast all these ingredients in little bit oil for few minutes.

When these ingredients become cooked for 5 minutes switch off the gas and make it cool after cooling transfer in mixer jar and grind it in a fine paste.

When chicken is cooked keep another big vessel and add oil in it and then add paste which we prepare for this gravy also add Kanda lesson masala garam masala and mix it will when masala is properly cooked then add cooked chicken in it. mix it well. see the consistency of our gravy if we want liquid gravy then add hot water and as per water add salt for test.

Your chicken gravy is ready. garnish with Chopped coriander.
