This is a fusion recipe which reminds me of my Bengali home environment for any Pujo be it Kali Pujo and friends from North India who swear by Motichoor ladoo during Diwali. This is Motichoor Ladoo and Payesh on top in the form of a Tart.

This is a fusion recipe which reminds me of my Bengali home environment for any Pujo be it Kali Pujo and friends from North India who swear by Motichoor ladoo during Diwali. This is Motichoor Ladoo and Payesh on top in the form of a Tart.
Steps

In a bowl add Besan and water and mix well. The consistency should not be watery.

In a pan heat oil, add the Besan mix in a piping bag and cut the edge, drizzle Besan drops on hot oil on medium flame and set aside
- 3
In a pan add water and sugar and bring it to heat, dissolve sugar and add orange colour, mix well.

Add Ladoos and mix well, add glucose for preservation and ladoo is ready
- 5
Assemble - on a plate inside a tart ring mould add the ladoo, top with Payesh and serve to friends and families
Tips
The Besan mix should not be watery
The laddoo should not be fried much
Glucose would help preserving the laddoos
