Make the Oreo biscuits into powder form, Then add milk & baking powder. mix it well or blend it.

Grease the idly dish, transfer the Oreo mix into it. place a bit of chocolate or nuts (as your choice). in the middle of the batter.

Close it & Steam it 5 min. Cool it. transfer it into a plate. decorate it with Coconut powder, powdered sugar or grated white chocolate. spread chocolate syrup (optional) on it.
