Prepare the tea mixture. Pour 2 cups of water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add allspice berries, star anise, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and ground cinnamon.

After boiling for one minute, turn the heat off and cover and let the tea steep for 10 minutes.

Strain the tea mixture into a bowl.

In a blender, pour in the Crema de Coco, Leche de Coco, Evaporated Milk, Sweetened Condensed Milk, ground cinnamon, and both types of rum.

Blend until combined, roughly 20 seconds.

Pour the strained tea mixture into the blender and blend until combined.

Pour mixture into a carafe or pitcher, and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Enjoy over ice and a garnish of cinnamon stick!
