  • 1big ripe tomato
  • 5large garlic cloves
  • 1-2Green chilli adjust to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tbspchilli powder

    Step-by-Step Instructions
    ​1. Fire Roasting
    ​Place the tomatoes, green chilies, and garlic directly on a gas stove burner over a medium flame.

    ​Rotate them frequently using tongs until the skins are completely charred and blackened, and the insides feel soft

    Peeling and Cleaning
    ​Once roasted, let the vegetables cool for a few minutes.
    ​Carefully peel off the burnt black skins.
    ​Squeeze the garlic out of its skin—it should be soft and buttery.

    Final Seasoning
    ​Add salt to tasteū
    ​Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

    Give the roasted ingredients a quick pulse in a blender.
