Steps

Take big Banarasi amla. Wash properly and boil them in cooker for 3 whistles.

Make smooth paste of boiled amla.

In a thick bottom pan take ghee as it gets hot add amla pulp in it and stir continuously.

After 5 - 7 minutes add all the spices except jaggery and powder sugar. Mix well.

As water absorbed from the pulp add chopped jaggery in it and mix well. As pulp gets fluffy switch off the gas and transfer the pulp in to small plate.

As it comes to room temperature apply ghee on your palm and make small balls from it. Rub into powder sugar. Arrange in a plate and let it dry for 2 hours. Enjoy this golis in mukhvas.
