  1. 500 gSpaghetti
  2. 6Vegan sausages
  3. 100 gButton mushrooms
  4. 1 cloveGarlic
  5. 1Green pepper
  6. 1Yellow onion
  7. 1 bottleKetchup
  8. 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce (vegan)
  9. 1 tbspParsley
  10. a fewdrops Tabasco
  11. to taste Salt
  12. to taste Black pepper
  13. 1 tbspOlive oil

    Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain.

  2. 2

    Slice sausages, mushrooms, green pepper, onion, and garlic.

  3. 3

    Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and sausages.

  4. 4

    Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, stir to combine.

  5. 5

    Add cooked spaghetti, toss everything together, season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Serve topped with parsley and a few drops of Tabasco.

Tips

Feel free to adjust the amount of Tabasco for your desired spice level.
