Garlic parm pasta steak

Garlic Butter Steak Bites w/ Alfredo
Pasta
Cooking the steak you’ll need :
- 2 Ibs ribeye, cut into 2-3 inch pieces
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp each if garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper + 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced - 2
Season steak with oil seasonings.
Sear on high heat for a few minutes on each side. Remove the pan. - 3
Take steak off pan lower to medium heat and add your 3 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Allow to melt and add steak back in. Stir together to fully coat steak in garlic and butter till cooked to your liking and take off the pan.

Making the Alfredo Sauce
Using the same pan and your choice of cooked pasta you’ll need :
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
Incorporated all together on medium heat and stir till thickens. Add cooked pasta last till sauce thickens and stir. Turn heat off when done or leave on low for a few minutes longer. - 5
Plate your pasta and add steak cubes on top or you can add steak cubes directly on the pan with pasta. (Optional) sprinkle over your plate fresh parsley, finely chopped or opt for dried parsley.
