Preheat oven to 350° F prepare a muffin tin with liners.

In a bowl mash bananas and mix in sugar and egg until well blended

Add vegetable oil

Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and 3/4 chopped walnuts
- 5
Mix everything together until the flour disappears and the walnuts are evenly distributed

Spoon the muffin batter mixture into cups making sure they are even.

Bake for 20 - 30 minutes
