Make a check list. Keep all required ingredients within your reach

Toast 2 slices of bread in a toaster
Arrange the sandwich as shown in the picture or as you pleaseOn slice 1: Cut an avocado into two pieces, scoop out the flesh from one half with a spoon; Mash it. Squeeze a lime to add a few drops of lime juice on avocado so that the color does not change. Though nutritious, avocado is somewhat bland. Using a pepper milk, grind the pepper corn over the avocado spread. top it with methi sprouts. Place the sliced yellow bell pepper on the top

Slice2 Spread the peanut butter on the bread slice. top it with a chees slice and then green bell pepper slices as shown above. Put both the slices together the sandwich is ready to eat. You may slice the the sandwich into two halves. Serve with a cup of hot coffee or tea. Enjoy
