200 gmwhole chana dal
1small onion
1 tspginger
1 tspgarlic
2green chilies
1 tspzeera
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 cupwater
1 tbsoil

Soak whole chana dal over night grind it with other ingredients make a fine paste

Heat the appe pan coat it with oil and drop 1 tbs batter cook for few minutes then turn other side apply oil. Serve hot with chutney
