Ingredients

20 minutes
  1. 1 lbground chicken
  2. about 2in slice of renkon, minced
  3. 2green onions, minced
  4. knobginger, minced
  5. 2garlic cloves, minced
  6. 1egg
  7. salt and pepper
  8. 1 tsplayu

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Finely chop all of the ingredients and transfer everything to a bowl. mix well.

    Form balls from the meat mixture. you can do this by hand but i just use 2 spoons to make the shape

    Use in any nabe dish! it’s best in lighter soup bases. i like to dip it in ponzu. enjoy :)
