Marinate the chicken with paprika, cumin powder, coriander powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, pepper powder, garlic powder/paste, lemon juice and salt. Rest for 20 minutes.

In a large skillet heat the oil and shallow the chicken till cooked and charred on the outside.

Remove and rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Fry or bake the fries and keep aside.

In a bowl add mayonnaise, chilli powder, garlic, tahini, milk and salt. Mix well and keep aside.

In a plate, place a layer of fries.

Add cucumber, onion, cabbage and chicken, hot sauce and mayo sauce.

Serve immediately.
