1 big bowl

200 gspring cabbage
1cucumber
1small red onion
10 ggrated ginger
30 gspring onion
1 teaspoonsalt
1 pinchsugar

Ingredients : cut salad vegetables.

Put salt in cabbage and mix it with hands.

Mix cucumber, green onion and red onion. Add ginger and sugar.

Squeeze salad and serve.
