A delicious and filling breakfast. I really like avocado, and I loved this combination.

Cut the avocado into pieces and mash it with a fork.

Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on top, add the ricotta cheese, and mix with the avocado.

Add the tablespoon of honey and mix everything together again. Toast the bread, then spread the avocado, ricotta, and honey mixture over the toasts.

Chop the walnuts and sprinkle them over the toasts. Finish by adding the currants. Hope you enjoy!
