Bread and Banana Pudding is a rich, creamy and a luscious Dessert that can be whipped up very easily. It's a no fire recipe that basically incorporates 3 important ingredients namely the Bananas, Milk Bread and the Fresh Cream.
Nuts of choice like Almonds, Cashewnuts, Walnuts and Pistachios also can be used accordingly. However it's optional.
Bananas add that perfect creaminess to the Dessert and as they are easily available, they can be made use of very beautifully in this recipe. And since it's a no fire recipe, it becomes even more easier to whip up. And it also suffices a large crowd especially on important occasions and festivals. It's absolutely a crowd pleaser. The ingredients also are simple and easily available.
As Eid celebrations call for a variety of Desserts, this can be one among them. I believe wrapping up the good memories of the Month of Ramadan and ringing in the day of Eid should be in style. Hence i have made this special day even more memorable for my family, friends, guests and neighbours with a variety of lip-smacking homemade Desserts. Let's get started with this amazing variation right away.

Steps
- 1
Beat fresh cream and condensed milk until smooth and luscious. Trim bread slices. Arrange them in a rectangular glass dish. And then top it up with the fresh cream mix.
- 2
Followed by sliced bananas. Arrange them as shown. Then top it up with the fresh cream mix again. In this way, make as many layers as required. It's absolutely one's own choice.
- 3
The second last layer should be that of the bread slices. And the final layer would be of the fresh cream and condensed milk mix. For a more beautiful looking dessert, top it up with some broken chocolate chip cookie pieces.
- 4
Allow it to set in the refrigerator. Slice it up. Serve it chilled to your families and friends. Enjoy!
