Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 3 1/2 ozcheese (100 grams)
  • 3 1/2 ozlabneh (100 grams)
  • 1medium carrot
  • 1colorful bell pepper
  • 1small jalapeño pepper
  • 2small dill pickles
  • 5fresh basil leaves
  • 5green olives
  • 5black olives
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoonpomegranate molasses (5 ml)

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the carrot, bell pepper, and jalapeño into thin strips.

  2. 2

    Sauté the carrot, bell pepper, and jalapeño in olive oil until softened.

  3. 3

    Add the pomegranate molasses and basil, and stir well.

  4. 4

    In a bowl, mix the cheese with the labneh.

    Add the sautéed vegetables, olives, and pickles to the cheese mixture and combine.

    Store the mixture in an airtight container until ready to serve.
