First take basmati rice wash and soaked 10 minitus. Carrot, chilli, potato, coriander chopped in little pieces. Now basmati rice cook in cooker 3 vhitsals with salt. Keep it for cool. Green peas steamed in extra vessel.

Now non-stick pan put on Gas add ghee let it hot then add cumin seeds crackle and asafoetida then add chilli, potato, carrot, green peas sauté then add steamed rice and pulao masala mix softly.
