Cut the chicken into small cubes. Add light soy sauce, cornstarch, black pepper, salt, honey, and egg. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a skillet until hot. Meanwhile, coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken to the skillet. Do not stir for the first minute, then start turning the pieces. Repeat for all the chicken, then remove from the skillet.

Mix the sauce ingredients and add to a skillet once hot. Add the drained chicken to the sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and stir until the chicken absorbs the sauce.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling water with bay leaves and a pinch of salt. When ready, remove the chicken and add the pasta to the same skillet to soak up the sauce.
