This is a very simple and easy recipe! Good way to get in those needed proteins, carbs, and micronutrients after a long day. Should only take about 30minutes in total, and is really quite good!

Cook the rice according to instructions - usually bring a pan of water to a boil, add the rice, and simmer until cooked through. Should take about 15-20minutes. Meanwhile...

Turn a pan on medium-high heat, and add in some olive oil. Put the mince in the pan and break it up as you begin to fry it. Sprinkle the ginger and sesame seeds onto the turkey, and then cook until browned.

Chop the peppers and add into the browned mince, lower the heat to medium. Add in the peanut satay, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Mix well, and taste test. Add in other spices/flavours as you wish.

Let simmer for 10/15 minutes or until the rice is done and you are ready to eat. The long it simmers, the more flavourful it will be.

Plate with the rice, and enjoy!
