Heat 1 tabel spoon sugar till it turns honey brown. (to give colour)

Add milk and remaining sugar.

Add ilaichi powder, kesar, nuts and keep boiling.

Add crumbled bread after 5 minutes.

Give 3 - 4 boils after adding bread.

Let it cool and then add khoya.

Put the mixture into the kulfi tray and freeze it for 5 - 6 hours.
