Wash the mangoes and cut into cubes and add to a bowl, add sugar and lime juice and with a masher mash coarsely, set aside

In a blender add Graham digestive crackers and make a coarse powder and add to a bowl, add brown sugar, cinnamon powder, melted butter, salt and mix well

Take the double cream and whisk until soft peaks visible and add condensed milk, mix well, add vanilla essence and mix

In a dessert bowl first add biscuit mix and with back of spoon press it down, add double cream mix, add mangoes mix, repeat the layer so that biscuit powder is on top and refrigerate for 3 hours

Cut into a part and plate, enjoy a guilt free and no fuss dessert from The Philippines
Tips
The double cream should be whisked until soft peaks is reached
