Scottish Bread that use to be made quickly and eaten or taken out during the day while working. Hearty and perfect and in 25 mins you have a perfect bread. ENJOY :P

In a large bowl mix together the flour, salt and baking powder with a fork. Add the oil. Mix again. Then slowly add the water while mixing until the flour all comes together with no dry spots.

Turn out mixture on a lightly floured board. Knead together for about 1-2 mins until everything comes together. You dont need to over work this dough.

Divide into 5 balls. Then flatten with your hands into a disk shape.

Heat to medium about 175c a large frying pan with the bottom just covered with oil. Add 2-3 of the disks and fry both sides turning 2-4 times until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.

Eat with meat or soups or breakfast or well you get the idea lol - ENJOY :P
