  1. 3/4 CupAll purpose flour
  2. 1/2 Teaspoonbaking powder
  3. 1/2 Teaspoonbaking soda
  4. 1 Tablespooncinnamon
  5. 1/4 Teaspoonsalt
  6. 3eggs
  7. 1 Teaspoonvanilla extract
  8. 3/4 Cupsugar
  9. 2/3 Cuppumpkin (canned)
  10. 8 Ouncescream cheese
  11. 6 Tablespoonsbutter
  12. 1/2 Cupsugar
  13. 1 Teaspoonvanilla extract
  14. 1 Tablespoonpumpkin

    Preheat oven to 375F. Line a shallow pan with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. 3

    Add pumpkin and sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Pour batter thinly into shallow pan, and bake for about 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Meanwhile, mix together cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin in a separate bowl. Set in refrigerator to cool.

  6. 6

    When the roll is done baking, set in refrigerator to cool. When cool, take out and spread cream cheese filling on the surface. Roll up and refrigerate. Serve!

i'm a fan of simple meals and orchestrating ingredients that play well together.on fridays i tend to bake desserts in the communal toaster oven at work. my coworkers don't mind it very much.
