Cook the chana in a pressure cooker with a pinch of salt and turmeric.

Cut the ladies fingers into thin slices.

In a nonstick pan,heat some oil and pop the mustard seeds.

Put ginger garlic paste,green chilies and onion.Add turmeric and some salt.

Add the lady finger slices and saute well until cooked(for about 10 mins).

Add chilly powder,pepper and garam masala and stir well.

Now mix the cooked kala chana into this and stir fry till well combined.

Serve along with rice or roti.
