  • 1 packagestennis biscuits
  • 1milk
  • filling
  • 350 gramsfat free cottage cheese
  • 500 mlorley whip cream
  • 1 cankondensmelk
  • 1/2 cuplemon juice
  • topping
  • 1 canmaderyn oranges
  • 1 tspcustard powder

  1. 1

    Whisk orley whip until thick. Add cottage cheese and mix well. Mix kondensmelk and lemon juice until thick. Add this to the cheese and cream mixture and mix well.

  2. 2

    Spray your tart dish with spray n cook. Dip the tennis biscuits halfway in the milk and cover the bottom of the dish.

  3. 3

    Pour half of the filling over the base. Repeat a layer of the tennis biscuits. Pour the rest of the filling over the tennis biscuits.

  4. 4

    Thicken the manderyn juice with the custard powder. Pour this over the filling. Place manderyn pieces over the topping. Place tart in the fridge untill set.
