Ingredients

  • 2 cupsHeavy cream
  • Vanilla Essense
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonsGelatin (about 1/2 packet)
  • 1/2 cupmilk Whole
  • 1/2 cupYogurt
  • strawberries mint chocolate Sliced , fresh , or - topping (optional)

    In a saucepan, add cream. and vanilla essence Add the sugar and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle the gelatin over the milk in a bowl and let  it stand until the gelatin softens, about 5 minutes.Add this gelatin mixture into the hot cream mixture and Stir until dissolved, then stir in the yogurt.

  3. 3

    Pour this mixed contents in bowls and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, at least 6 hours or overnight.

  4. 4

    Dip each ramekin or bowl in warm water and invert onto a plate. Garnish each Panna cotta with strawberries and mint or any desired garnish options.
