Stuffed Bread Pakodas

Hello Everyone,
Its a time to get ready for winter now.Few days of summers are left in hands.Once the summer starts ,won't be able to make any fried things. Soooooo ,Today for evening snacks I made stuffed Bread Pakodas.
14 yrs back,when I was in delhi , I learned this recipe from my neighbour.But the only difference was ,that time I used paneer for stuffing and this time,I used potato mix for pakodas.
Here is the recipe for you.

Take a pan and put oil.

Add mustard seeds,let it sizzle then add cumin seeds,stir for a while.

Add fennel seeds and gingergarlic paste.saute well.

Now add turmeric powder and red chilly powder in it,again saute finely.now add potatoes(little mashed)

Put salt in it.mix well.Your potato mixture is ready.garnish with coriander leaves.

Take another bowl, put besan (gram flour) in it. Now add turmeric and red chilly 1-1 tspn with salt and coriander leaves to it.mix well with water.break all lumps from it.make a fine paste so that we can deep them properly.now keep this mixure aside.

Take bread slices, removes thick sides from it.Now spread green chutaney on one side of a bread and tamarind chataney on the other.now spread potato mixture on any one side of the bread.

Press very little and softly. let the two bread get attached to eachother.

Now cut them into the triangle shape.

Keep pan or kadhai on flame.Add oil to fry these pakodas.

Deep these triangle shape pakodas in besan (gram flour).And immediately fry them in hot oil.let it turn in to brown colour.Takecare while putting them in hot oil. keep your hand in a safe distance.

Now these stuffed bread pakodas are ready to eat.serve them with green chutaney or tomato sauce.
