An easy brownie recipe I have loved since I was a novice baker. While there are more complicated and fancy brownies out there these are delicious and rarely result in leftovers at pot lucks.

An easy brownie recipe I have loved since I was a novice baker. While there are more complicated and fancy brownies out there these are delicious and rarely result in leftovers at pot lucks.

All Ingredients
2 cupgranulated sugar
1 3/4 cupall purpose flour
1/2 cupbaking cocoa
1 tspsalt
5eggs
1 cupvegetable oil
1 tspvanilla extract
1 cupsemisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter or spray an 11x7 baking pan.

Mix together all ingredients except the chips with an electric mixer until the batter is thoroughly combined.

Pour batter into baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack and then cut into squares.
