Slit the bringal from both sides and deep fry them in oil and keep aside

For paste add the graded coconut,small onion,begal gram,sambar powder in mixy and make fine paste of it add medium amount of water

Heat the pan add 3—4 tsp of oil when the oil gets heated add mustard seeds, curry leafs and the grinded paste to it cook the paste till the raw flavors goes

Once the raw flavor goes add the tomato's (grind it in mixy) stir till the raw flavor of tomato goes then add the tamarind liquid to it(the measure of liquid depness up on the taste of the tamarind if it is too sour add a little quantity only) then finely add salt,turmeric powder,chilly powder to it.

Keep in slow flame and wait till it reaches boiling and leave for boiling for 5 mints in slow flame it self

Finely add coriander leaves to it
