Today I have made a tasty spicy dry chutney with fresh curry leaves, lentil and some spices.

Today I have made a tasty spicy dry chutney with fresh curry leaves, lentil and some spices.
Steps

First wash the curry leaves nicely and dry up. Now heat little oil and roast the curry leaves on low heat and stir continuously until the leaves turn dry and crisps turn off the flame and transfer into a plate, keep aside for cool down.

Now same kadai add little oil and add chana dal, urad dal, roast few seconds then add peanuts and roast them until fragrant and transfer into the same plate for cool down.

Take a grinder jar add roasted chana dal, urad dal, and peanuts and grind it in pulse mode then add roasted crispy curry leaves and again grind it in pulse mode into a slightly coarse powder.

Lastly add salt, jaggery powder, dry mango powder and grind few seconds, just mix it properly.

Curry Leaves Podi Chutney is ready to serve.

Tips
All ingredients should be roasted till crispy.
