Left over idli cut in 4 pieces. Now take Non stick pan put on Gas add oil let it hot.

Then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds crackle then add sesame seeds and curry leaves sauté then add idli pieces mix slowly by table spoon. Delicious and tasty tempering idli is ready to serve. Eat lovely with tea or coffee in break fast ya brunch time.
